As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify, evaluate, and integrate transformative technologies. You'll have the autonomy to build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team while driving initiatives that align with our long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or incubation programs
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
