Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies applicable to 2026+ market landscapes
- Conduct cutting-edge research on quantum AI, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and regulatory trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into core business strategy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech implementation and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy in multi-year predictions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate-tech AI
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to global market deployment
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech regulatory frameworks
