Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven success scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with EU AI Act or similar regulatory frameworks
