Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate startup innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 patented or commercially deployed innovations
