Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Partner with global policymakers on emerging technology governance frameworks
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech pioneers
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital investors
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property commercialization strategies
- Author thought leadership pieces for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI ethics (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proven track record scaling technology from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and error correction
- Experience with US patent law and international technology transfer regulations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
