Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience

- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and risk assessment
