Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-integrated systems and next-gen AI frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuro interfaces, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026+ tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS scale experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
