Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience leading technology transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
