Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts and market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, Web3, and climate tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future-proof product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and academic collaborations for technology incubation
- Author thought leadership pieces on technological disruption and future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
