Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early access to innovations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical factors affecting 2026 technology landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technologies with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
