Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and risk assessments to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align commercialization timelines with market readiness
- Establish ethical guidelines for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
