Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Manage innovation sprints and hackathons to incubate breakthrough concepts
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AI Strategy, Quantum Computing) preferred
