Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) and assess market readiness
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and product teams
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present executive briefings on technology ROI and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in technology ethics or responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
