Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present compelling tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready frameworks across product development teams
- Mentor junior strategists in technology trend analysis and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech potential into commercial value
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating technology innovation impact
