Responsibilities

- Drive cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor regulatory impacts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills and executive communication expertise
- Experience building high-performing cross-functional teams
