Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for market viability
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating R&D, product, and business units
- Drive adoption of disruptive technologies through stakeholder alignment and change management
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop KPIs to measure technology ROI and competitive positioning
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations generating $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent executive training
