Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley R&D lab
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, Web3.0, climate tech) and assess market readiness
- Partner with product teams to define feature sets for 2026 product launches
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech adoption timelines
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints with industry partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
- Strong network in venture capital and tech accelerator circles
- Presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
