- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Identify and assess disruptive startups for potential acquisition or partnership
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Build and maintain relationships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Define KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethics, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-focused technologies or ventures
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
