Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic technology proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, or biotech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) preferred
