Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateHorizons as a 2026 technology pioneer
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment decisions and market readiness
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
