Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption scenarios
- Partner with product teams to commercialize future-focused innovations
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating to business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Executive presence with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
