Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property frameworks
- Establish strategic alliances with research labs and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, synthetic biology, space tech)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 50 to 500+ members
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at tech conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
