Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for evaluating new technology investments
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of tech investments
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
