- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor competitor innovation portfolios and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology innovation or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
