- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to scalable deployment
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Represent company at global tech forums and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
