- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish industry partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and disruptors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment with measurable KPIs
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M with demonstrable ROI
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CPS) preferred
