Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging hardware, software, and human-centered design
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact models
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
