Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential

- Analyze global tech policy/regulatory landscapes to mitigate adoption risks
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready skills and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and adoption lifecycles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan)
- Experience developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
