Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Experience building C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
