Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AI) and assess commercial viability
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate complex innovations into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
