Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
