- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive technology developments
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or Web3)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published research or patents in relevant technology fields
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
