Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and technology incubation programs
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and market trend analysis
- Strong understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
