Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market-disrupting potential

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for emerging tech adoption
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
