Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Identify and vet emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 executive leadership
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic research institutions and startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for complex organizations
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry publications
