- Lead scenario planning for disruptive innovations and their competitive implications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and strategic alignment
- Present insights to C-suite and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate ethical implications of future technologies and design mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
