Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployments ensuring responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving organizational change
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
