Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, focusing on quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into scalable solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record of future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly desirable
