Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations and competitive threats
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible tech governance
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business strategy
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing and managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
