Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, climate AI) with scalable commercial potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate regulatory, ethical, and market shifts affecting tech adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Develop patent strategies protecting breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, carbon-negative tech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting models
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators in fast-paced environments
