Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into core offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies across multiple industries
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within venture capital and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
