- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical innovation with market opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercializing innovations
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Strategy (e.g., CFTE, CEH)
