- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research labs
- Present tech forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- MSc/MBA in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
