- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and researchers in future technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and threat assessments for emerging tech disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published research in IEEE or similar journals preferred
