Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Identify and analyze market gaps for next-gen solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, bioinformatics
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
