Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and neuromorphic computing
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with market disruption opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research labs to accelerate prototype-to-market cycles
- Lead global task forces on sustainable tech implementation in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Architect next-gen cybersecurity protocols for post-quantum digital infrastructure
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record launching technologies with >$100M market impact (VC funding exits preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, decentralized AI, or climate-tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with >500 citations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on digital transformation horizons
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Validated ability to secure $5M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
