Responsibilities

- Manage innovation portfolios including pilot programs, partnerships, and R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-ready methodologies and tools
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and innovation pipeline management
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- CFMP, CTO, or similar strategic certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
