Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering

- Track record of launching technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Security clearance for defense-contract projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
