Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., from Singularity University)
