Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and sustainability verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage external innovation ecosystem (VCs, accelerators, research institutes)
- Mentor emerging tech startups within our innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with Horizon Scanning methodologies
